I had a room with sea view (booked as Deluxe room seaview) and it was nice to sleep with the window open and hear only the sea...the entire night! The parking was ok and also the breakfast was good so overall is good hotel in a good location! |

Very comfortable (recently refurbished) rooms Night guard did not attend the frontdoor for 25 minutes while I was waiting in the rain. Breakfast buffet was a mess and did not taste that well. |

The breakfast was very poor, e.g. cold scrambled eggs, cereal bowls to small, only warm water for tea/coffee and dining room comfort poor (not enough room for the number of guests) |

We were told hotel was full and being renovated when we arrived but that should not affect standards of service. Car park charge 11 euros excessive. Very disappointed |

it is the nicest hotel in zandvoort - so our only choice to be honest room was old, small and the minibar empty - which gives the idea of the sort of people they expect staying at the hotel. |

Location. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Roomservice 24 hrs/day. Hotel is undergoing renovation and the bar had been moved to the reception area. The billing records they keep (computer) are confusing and did not match with the agreeement made on check-in. (Sea view room charges were added. I had to point this out to them before it was taken off). It would be better if they could just charge the price quoted (E 114,-) instead of making it complicated |
