location, clean room the hotel is old and need to refurbish, it has an nasty smell all over the hotel. The room was quite clean though. |

Ability to leave on the local bus that stopped right outside. We could book it before we left the UK. No air-con. Infested with mosquitoes. Dirty. Loud local disco next to the room untill late. They picked us up from the airport, which was unexpected but good, then charged us more than double the cost of a taxi on arrival at the hotel. The breakfast looked so bad we decided to be hungry. Double the price of higher quality rooms from the tourist office. |

View from hotel bar. Thankfully we were only staying for 1 night. Cleanliness of room in particular the dirty carpet and dead flies all over the walls. No airc onditioning or fans considering the very hot climate. Smelly hotel. Very poor location. Broken shower. This hotel is not a three star hotel and should be removed from all online booking sites. It is a disgrace that this hotel should appear on any site. Breakfast was absolutely pathetic |

The bus stop was located outside the hotel giving it an excellent location as it was easy to get into Zadar Overall, the standard of the hotel was poor. Breakfast was awful. The reception area was very unpleasant and smelt very musty and stale. The rooms had no air conditioning and we suffered from some pretty nasty mosquito bites while there. Not recemmended! |

Nothing Extremely hot with not even a fan. Room infested with mosquitoes (over 30 in room). Broken bed boards which caused an accidental big skin cut on my leg. Between the heat and the mosquitoes, we did not get any sleep. Breakfast , cold cut meat which looked like it was sitting there for hours without refrigeration. We were afraid to eat any. Fruits were rotten. |

The sea is right across the street and there is a nice pub upstairs to have a couple of drinks. Although the see is 10m away, there is no beach. Also, the pansion is miles away from the Zadar city center, almost impossible to reach without a car or a bus. If you are going to the pansion with a car, it is difficult to find a free parking space especially in the day time. In Croatia, A/C is a necessity to have in the rooms and the room we stayed at didn't have it. |

Proximity to sea, stunning view from apartment terrace, good food in restaurant in hotel, bus stop right beside hotel, quiet and relaxing area limited availablilty of local facilities ie, other restaurants, food shop etc. |

Very convenient position near the old city centre, but quiet and peaceful. Access by car, until you know it is not easy, due to pedestrianised areas and narrow streets. |

Outdated room that felt dirty and uncomfortable. Too many insects and spiders. Not knowing anything about the city, it turns out that the hotel was quite a bit farther from the Old Town than we expected. |
