comfort, fridnly staff information regarding shuttle transfer to airport was not clear. One has to ask for shuttle 1 hour back is not written anywhere. I hd to pay extramoney in taxi |

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Decor and artwork in room and lobby excellent. Appreciated having fridge. Breakfast the best for our needs of all the hotels we used. Room a little tight and knocked our head on sloping ceiling in top floor room, but room bright and comfortable with view of city.
We were on 6th floor but lift went only to 5th floor and we had to drag suitcases up after tiring train ride. Once settled in we were OK.

Good position, very central, tram stop right in front of the hotel. For the rest very average - considering that hotels in Zurich are very expensive, it was OK for the price. I booked a single room which was very very small indeed. A fresh paint would also be suggested for this room. |

It is on the top floor (Seventh Floor), Its smell seem it new construction which is not in the cerification of relgulation. The elevator arrive only sixth floor instead of top floor. |
