Lift was not working

Yes the food was aweful and service hit and miss, do not mind paying top prices if you get quality food and service.

The club swimming pool was a good size and very clean but the showers in the changing area were not usable after trying 3 different cubicles I could not find one that worked.

We booked a facial the evening before which was cancelled in the morning by us and we had to pay a £27 cancellation fee which was not explained to us at the time of booking. The rooms were small and there was hardly any space for hanging clothes if you were staying for more than a weekend.

Although an almost new hotel, design of our room was poor. Narrow and cramped. Especially as this was an Executive Grade room. Lighting in room was poor. We felt the leisure club facilities were not of the grade that were promoted

Excellent value, nice decor and very comfortable rooms. Staff however
left a bit to be desired. No smiles on check in. Restaurant service very
slow, even on a quiet Sunday night and there were quite a few people
complaining

Very nice and clean modern hotel. Good position to reach Bristol
Airport. The on-line rate is very goog compared to the standard rate.

There are ample facilities, including a lovely gym to use free of charge. The room was modern, comfortable and included all needed amenities.

I found a pair of socks from a previous guest and the sofa was stained in places.
