The hotel staff was really helpful and nice. the hotel room was large, clean and quiet (overlooking the courtyard). the distance from the underground is perfect, it's just outside the hotel. highly recommended |

The staff was very good. We would goo back in a minute. Excellant breakfast. Our room was noisy as it was righ on the street next time we will take an inner room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I had requested a non smoking room and the odor was a disappointment. |

The location and rate, Vienna is generally too expensive, facilities matches the rate but is clean and comfortable, we did requested a quieter room |

The room was cosy and clean, well equipped. Friendly staff, they even served breakfast on table. For my second night they even changed my room into a bigger one, which was more quiet. |

A personal attention of the staff to our needs, including accomodation of our dietary restrictions. Location was rather noisy (partly because of Eurocup) and also rooms were very hot (more than one fan in the room would be desirable). |
