Breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful.

Our room was very small and |NO A/C, they had a fan in our our room to subsitute. Bathroom was dirty, hair in the floor & in shower stall.

The ladies who cleaned the room could have aloud us to leave our pijamas the way we left it. Arranging a little the room the way we like helps us feel more confortable

Rooms were grim, poor decor abd poorly lit. Television channels very limited.

Location was excellent, and room was in good condition and clean

One of the reception staff was a bit useless - I was ill on the first day and when my wife asked about the location of pharmacies he gave hopeless directions which left her wandering around for half an hour. He also failed to point out that all pharmacies in Vienna were closed, which made the trip a bit pointless! The other reception staff lady was very helpful though
