Valuable guess information was shared directly at arrival at the reception. The overall hotel staff was very friendly; good service at the bar and reception. Very convenient: bike rental at hotel. The room was very nice decorated (nice bright classic modern design)

There was no mini bar, no rope in the room. A rope would be convenient if you go downstairs to swimmingpool etc. The hair blower was hidden in a closet.

het uitzicht op de haven

slaapkamer lag tegen bowlingbaan aan, en dit gaf herrie, veel herrie. En slaapkamer lag onder terras en dit kraaktke aldoor door de wind en parasols.

Reactie receptie bij reservering en de gekregen kamerupgrade.

Restaurant - bediening, keuze en prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Stond in contrast tot de rest.

personeel was attent , ontbijtbuffet goed

restaurant was niet helemaal wat ik er van verwacht had, beperkte menukaart, het eten was kwalitaiief goed, maar de ingredienten vertoonden weinig samenhang

De hotelkamers aan de zeezijde zijn prachtig, het uitzicht subliem, de torenkamers zijn ook heel mooi en ruim. Het ontbijt geweldig.

We hadden een upgrade gekregen naar de torenkamer, op zich prima, kennelijk geen zeezijdekamer beschikbaar, waarvoor we geboekt hadden. De eerste nacht was er een technisch probleem in de torenkamers met lekkage, de waterleiding werd afgesloten, we moesten voor de tweede nacht naar een landzichtkamer, de derde nacht kregen we wel een zeezichtkamer. Drie keer inpakken dus, jammer.
