We hav't been informed about car park if should be payed or not, and therefore we receive a penalty, and communication through email is very poor.We let money to 1 of your receptionist to pay the car park penalty and we stell dont know if was payed or not.But apart of this everything was perfect and we strongly recommand this hotel for short or long term stay |

The hotel is located close to the city center. The rooms are not very large but clean. Furniture is OK, people are nice and helpful. Good value for your money. |

good location, close to metro Unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff - made me miss my train because they didnt know how to work the eftpos machine, crowded breakfast room - only 5 tables, key was broken in fridge door, bathroom smelt like sulphur and half the bed collapsed when i sat on it (and im not particularly large) |

The location was quite good, close to the underground and easy to walk to the tourist areas. Quaint inside of the hotel and the rooms were very reasonably sized. There was internet acces if you had a laptop and the hotel staff allowed you to plug into their site. The breakfast was quite poor and although it was included we had one breakfast there. The room could have been cleaner and major dust bunnies were located on some items in the room. The room, especially the bathroom, was very dark. If the hotel was a little less expensive would have been a better value for the money. |
