Nobody helped us with our bags! Reception staff was quite iffy at times.

The hotel was in a perfect location, right off the Kärtner Strasse and a lot of shops, restaurants etc. It was also easy to walk to the Danube River, Mariahilfer Strasse and all that. Hotel Ambassador was also really comfy, our room was really big and our luggage was carried to our room. All of all, a very enjoyable stay!

No, there was no such thing. Maybe the breakfast could have been included in the price, but after all - there are a whole lot of places to choose from (try Opera's Cafe for really good breakfast)

Very convenient location.

Stained ceiling and dated wallpaper in the room. Squeaking door in the toilet which was not oiled even after a complaint. Quite ordinary breakfast massively overpriced. Staff moderately polite however that seems to be typical for Austria. Overall not what one would expect for this price.

Good position. Opera, shops and restaurants are nearby. Bad things: an ammount for one night was blocked on my account 40 days before our visit. The ful ammount for all nights was blocked one day before our visit. The staff explained that the full ammount will be blocked for 6 (!!!) weeks.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and while the room was noisy as it faced the street, they quickly moved us to a quiet room. very helpful staff.
