Our family-run hotel is centrally located right behind Vienna’s town hall, in the heart of the Josefstadt, one of the city’s nicest districts.

All rooms in this Art Nouveau building are comfortable and equipped with modern amenities. Our superior rooms face the garden, with some having their own balcony.

Area information

The hotel is located close to many famous Viennese sights, such as the Imperial Palace (Hofburg) with the world-famous Spanish Riding School, the old university, the Town Hall, the Museum Quarter and the Museums of Fine Arts and of Natural History. You can easily reach all these sites on foot.

If you are fond of Vienna’s culture you will especially enjoy the proximity of our hotel to the Opera, the „Volkstheater“, the „Burgtheater“ and the "Theater in der Josefstadt”.

There also many different restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, from typical Viennese to Italian, Spanish and gourmet restaurants. We can reserves tables for you at the reception.

The location is good and parking is available within 3 minutes walking.

We were expecting an warmer welcome; The facade is undergoing the redecoration, and, opening the window reveal the stage. The rooms are lacking the insulation.

Very good breakfast, quiet room overlooking the garden; excellent in hot summer. Good location with nice restaurants and only 5 mins to Rathaus

A teamaker would be nice since there is no restaurant in the hotel

It is the most sanitised hotel i have ever stayed in. Better to call it a hostel. There was absolutely no atmosphere.

thr room was large, modern, clean. The bathroom had 2 sinks, large shower, again clean. The location was excellent.

The brealfast was nothing to be desired. It was very warm in the room, but the discounted our rate because of this and offered a fan for our room.

Big balcony openning to the inner yard was perfect! Peace and quite near to the city center.

Please, get rid of the full carpet in hotel rooms. Bad for those with allergies...

The hotel is situated right in the center of Vienna. The breakfast was nice.

The room dindn't have air conditioning, it was very hot, and it smelled realy bad of fresh paint. It didn't have any carpets on the floor and no slippers, either.

The location was good, only 2 stops from St Stephens Square, 1 from the museum quarter and 10 mins from main train station. The reception staff were friendly.

Room was small and a bit on the dingy side - also the noise from the refurbishments was quite apparent - overlooked the courtyard which was not pretty. In all fairness they did offer to move me. only one tv channel in English CNN and no option of pay TV
