The hotel offers you an excellent location from which you can easily explore Vienna; the Old Town is just a 10 minute walk away.

Vienna’s great public transportation system takes you all around the city and can be found just in front of the hotel.

All the rooms offer you a friendly atmosphere. The interior is elegant and stylish; some rooms are classic, some are modern.

The staff were great and really friendly. The location was good. The Wifi access was good and not very expensive.

I had a room at the front of the hotel and it was really noisy with traffic noise all night. There was no air conditioning and when I shut the windows it was far too hot - so I didn't get much sleep!

Nothing! very very small room with no air-conditioning.

Breakfast was poor, and a cockroach was walking on the floor. can't believe this is rated as 4 stars hotel!

The location of the hotel is good, you can walk to city center in about 10 minutes and there is also a public transportation right outside the door. The biggest plus is the breakfast. No complaints, a three star hotel.

Clean room, friendly hotel personnel, good breakfast, good location, tram stop immediately in front of the hotel.

My room was noisy. It was on the front side of the hotel and the street is a very busy one. During my stay in Vienna, the temperatures were high, and since the room didn't have airconditioning, I had to let the window open. I guess that with the closed window the noice would have been a little bit lower. Shower was a bit narrow, but that hasn't been a large setback.
