Located close to the center, quiet, easily accessed, gives you independence. The hotel could clarify that you need to especifically ask to clean the room. The kitchen is missing important items such as pans and a microwave oven (really handy at times). |

Convenient location. The appartment was not worth the money. It was small with an angled roof - we hit our heads! The place was not very clean and dusty, the kitchette too small and ill equipt. We expected a lot more for what we paid and feel ripped off! We will not stay here again when we return to Vienna. |

Short walking distance to the inner city. Easy access to pubic transportation. Very quiet neighbourhood. The internet was not reliable. |

The apartment was located near trams, subways and walking distance to many attractions. The kitchen needed a microwave, and the washing machine did not work but otherwise we had a good stay. Free use of phone (at least with calling card) was a bonus. |

Location. Furniture and beds looked like they had been recycled from a fire sale. Using both heating elements on the stove resulting in the main breaker tripping. Bathroom was small and dirty. The only time someone showed up was to collect the money from us. No instructions on how to get room cleaned, towels changed were provided. |

Location was ok for sight seeing although you still need to take some transports, the hotel was in a quiet street, the room was clean every day and towels renewed. There was a washing machine to wash the clothes in bathroom (i did not get to use it but it is nice to be available) No breakfast at all, although there were supermarkets near by. No microwave in the kitchen which we really needed to heat food....kitchen wear was a bit poor... |

spacious. 1. No service practically. The receptionist was not there most of the time, 2. smell of cigarette smoking. I opened the windows and doors for more than one hour and could no get rid of the smell. |

All'arrivo c'era un addetto grazie a dei clienti che se ne stavano andando non soddisfatti ed è stato possibile avere un appartamento al 1° piano con asciugamani per 4 pers. che sono bastati per 4 gg. C'è il necessario per lavare i piatti e per fare la doccia. 3 finestre anche se affacciate interne. E' a 1 fermata di tram dal Ring anche se la zona non è commerciale (vicino al campus universitario) Nessuna reception.Bagni e cucina molto datati. Assenza di supervisione nella cura e nella pulizia degli appartamenti. L'appart. originariamente assegnato era a piano terra e affacciava in un piccolo cortile. La corrente saltava all'accensione dei due fornelli. Niente pulizie durante il soggiorno, asciugamani per 1 notte. Solo ventilatore. |

La situation est très bonne pur visiter Vienne. L'appartement est très bien équipé, même s'il est un peu petit pour 4 personnes. L'appartement sous les toits, est très chaud losqu'il fait beau en été. |

soprattuto la posizione, centrale e ben raggiungibile forse maggiore pulizia. Lenzuola e asciugamani venivano comunque cambiati spesso. |

A 10 mn du centre Nous avions réservé un appart : nous en avons eu deux ; pas facile avec des enfants. Matériel endommagé (placards), vaisselle minimum, lave linge mais pas d'étendoir ( à savoir : à 20 mn, lavomatic(rare à Vienne) ), porte de salle de bain ne fermait pas . Bruyant : l'une des chambres donné sur la cour intéreure où se trouvaient les poubelles sorties à 6h30 le matin ! |

Su comodidad, el tener cocina permite ahorrarte una comida en el exterior, hecho importante en una ciudad realmente cara. También su situación, próximo al centro de la ciudad. Nada especialmente. Las habitaciones no son excelentes, pero son correctas. Mejoraría si la cocina dispusiera de horno o microondas. |
