Breakfast was great, the recepcionists were helpful, let us check-in before the time, which really helped us. Close to public transports and supermarkets, calm and quiet zone although there were at least 2 strip clubs nearby. No air conditioning, the room was very hot, only one elevator, couldn't get the safe to work, had to change keycard twice because it didn't work (although the staff at the reception exchanged them quickly with no fuss). The rooms weren't cleaned very thoroughly, the towels weren't changed every day. |

Hotel Am Augarten is a very nice hotel near famous green park Augarten of Vienna. The hotel has good location in the center of the town. |

Very good value for money , quite centrally located - 5-10 minutes walk from the underground , very helpful front desk as far as directions to tourist spots etc are concerned. |

It's rather a good place to stay. A bit far from historical center, so you have to use metro to go there, but public transport in Viena is great, so dot'n fear:) The price in the middle of Euro-2008 was quite moderate and the quality/price rate was definitely the best from all the available places. |

Good location, 5 min. walk from Wien Praterstern railway/subway station - easy access both to the airport and the city center. Even if there are indeed a few strip bars in the neighbourhood, as some reviewers mentioned, it was safe and quiet. Hotel very comfortable, nice and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent!!! Room was getting hot, even on relatively cold days. |

Everything the staff was great, the room was clean, big, comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. And it was just far enough out of the city center, to be quite. They even let you keep your things at the reception after you check out if you are not leaving until later in the day. No it was a great hotel |

The breakfasts were really good. There is no airconditioning in the hotel, it was 23C in the middle of the night and it was extremely hot in the rooms |
