The hotel is luxurious, justifying its brand name They did not change the linen. They assumed ad hoc that I was caring about the environment and I was asking not to change them. This was not true by any means. |

the breakfast cost £20 or 99 zlotys and should at that price been amazing. It was very average though, in fact probably not even that good. |

It was all just in perfect shape. Had to call reception since I thought no shampoo was available in the bathroom: they immediately brought two bottles of complementary shampoo, and only the next morning I found the shampoo was hidden at in the corner of the shower :-) Rooms could have been just a tiny bit bigger, but rooms are very very comfortable |

The bathroom was lovely, the room was very clean & spacious, having your own coffee machine in the room was a really nice touch
The breakfast was over priced & over cooked - not value for money

The beds really ARE "Heavenly Beds," as they say. With only one exception, all staff were on their toes, sharp, well spoken, helpful, cordial and enthusiastic. The weekend rate was superb! The lounge had lots of light, comfortable chairs, and excellent "bar food," including fine delicate soups from the restaurant – and some evenings, instruction in making vodka drinks; I returned there to eat one evening, even after checking out. Insufficient lobby seating. Breakfast overpriced when not included. |

il Ristorante lo staff, alla reception, e infine non ho gradito assolutamente che nei canali satellitari TV che spaziano dal cinese americano tedesco francese ecc ecc, non vi è stato inserito nemmeno un canale Italiano visibile in tutte le ore Es: RAI 1 o RAI 2, ho fatto presente la cosa allo staff ma ho visto che parlavo con il muro!!!(classico) |

El hotel en sí en cuanto a infraestructura y tecnología impresionante, además está cercano a la Ciudad Antigua No se pueden abrir las ventanas y el precio del desayuno es abusivo: 189 zlotys 2 personas, es decir, aproximadamente 33 euros por persona (sólo el desayuno) |
