Friendly staff. Happy to phone in a taxiservice for us. Provided an all round good, if not excellent service. Room was a good size, comfortable, clean, with excellent air conditioning.

The area is not very pleasant. I was with some friends and we didn't find the place easily. We ended up having to walk through places which we would normally have avoided.

I have stayed many times, and as usual what I like most is its location
(close to the train station).

I find that this hotel has slightly decreased in quality over the years.
It is still nice, but less so than before (fewer amenities in the room,
slightly less clean, etc.). it used to be a great hotel, and it is now
turning into more average.

The staff at the hotel was very unfriendly, incapable and rude.

Very quite even the air condition is, which is rare

Got to be careful if you have kids as the advertisement for adult chanels is explicit and easily available. I would advise to get the parental control on arrival at the reception

The hotel was clean and new, the staff were helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. Will stay there again in the near future and will recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

The Internet provider charges a lot of money for access. But this is typical of other hotels too.

They have renovated the lobby, bar and restaurant and they all look nice. Hotel is well located next to the train station.

The rooms / bathrooms are in need of a renovation. They are pretty boring, but clean.

breakfast was good

parking charge was expensive and on entering did not say there was a charge. Did not like being hassled out of room at 12.05 when i was just leaving, on a sunday when the hotel was empty
