The room was very nicely appointed and comfortable. Overall the hotel had a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere and was very enjoyable. I would stay here again.

I did have to wait about 10 minutes one evening for the registrar to finish on the telephone so I could get my room key.

Friendly Staff and good sound-proofed rooms.

No drinks facilities in the room - no coffee or tea making equipment or mini-bar. The Lift was a little dodgy.

Quiet room, pleasant outlook over garden-including hens which did not disturb but made us feel at home.

No hooks to hang anything in rooom as opposed to wardrobe. Wet macs, for instance not easy to deal with.

friendly staff, quiet room, nice terrasse (junior suite)

the double bed was no real double bed, but two singles put together with two single duvets instead of one large one. no kettle to make tea in the room (but staff gladly fills your thermos with hot water at reception)

Very friendly and warm welcome; the service throughout was thorough and pleasantly carried out. The location is in a very quiet street, with a rear garden, and within an easy 10 minute pleasant walk from the old centre of town. We strongly recommend this hotel for a peaceful, comfortable and pleasant stay in Utrecht.

All was good, and not a single thing to complain about.
