well the location was good

the staff were not very friendly, when i arrived i didn't find any one at the reception and finally when i found one, i asked for help with my luggage, the girl who was kind enough to tell me we are a 3 star hotel and we don't do lugguage, but to be fair she did helped me at the end, also there were no room servic & i can tell you that you can find a better hotel in the area with the same price

in the middle of the night there was a fire alarm going off.

I woke up, hurried to the reception and heard that the alarm was false.
I expected some kind of extra service or kind excuse, but I only got some cool excuses... even though it was not their fault, I missed a bit of kind understanding for my broken night...

Food in the restaraunt was good

Room was very basic and small, lots of noise from inside and outside the hotel, also a very uncomfortable bed.

The private car parking of the hotel was not safe.

Hulpvaardigheid van het personeel

Volgens de info stopt er een bus voor het hotel waarmee je rechtstreeks
naar het centrum kon. Deze info is niet juist.
