friendly staff, quiet room, nice terrasse (junior suite)

the double bed was no real double bed, but two singles put together with two single duvets instead of one large one. no kettle to make tea in the room (but staff gladly fills your thermos with hot water at reception)

Very friendly and warm welcome; the service throughout was thorough and pleasantly carried out. The location is in a very quiet street, with a rear garden, and within an easy 10 minute pleasant walk from the old centre of town. We strongly recommend this hotel for a peaceful, comfortable and pleasant stay in Utrecht.

All was good, and not a single thing to complain about.

Breakfast; they had rooms available when all other hotels were full.

No face cloths, shower soap not replenished regularly, aircon reported
twice as faulty no response nor action, safe needed key from desk how
fmany copies were made by other occuopants, no tussues in room, shower
extremely dangerous no bath mats avilable, no cofe.tea making facilities
in room (have to go down to ask fot hor water!!!!). Not a positive
experience at the hotel, does not warrent 4 star
