Location was ecxellent, 2 minutes walk from the concert hall. Heaters outside for smokers, hotel is 100 % non smoking. |

Warm comfortable room and bed, luxurious duvet, hot water and plenty of towels, quiet/no noise. I would like better lighting in the bedroom . Tea making facilities in bed room would be nice also |

The excellent location in the city's center, the very friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the room. Although we had some grips with the room, the excellent customer service made it all good. They truly know how to handle their customers. They upgraded us to a new part of the building where some parts were not finished yet. In the showerroom there was no place to put on your items on; no wc brush. Due to the lack of a shower door, the water simply reflected to unnecessary places. The TV did not allow changes to brightness, color, video forwarding or rewinding (we didnt have to pay for the movie as per the sympathizing staff) |

The location is great - it's very easy to get to from the station, but it was nice and quiet as well. Also, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Having to pay extra for breakfast and wireless access is a nuisance. The layout of my room wasn't particularly comfortable. The room service menu is very fancy and very expensive - some cheaper and simpler options would also be nice. |

Location was good for local needs and within walking distant of our customer. Directions from car park could be improved and the fact that reception is on '0' according to lift guide but there is no '0' button is not helpful after a long journey. |

the room looks nice and gives the impression you get worth your money. -the service was not good and was not able to help if something was wrong. -my room smelled of smoke 2 nights and they didn't offer me to stay in another room. -it was noisy. They let in youngsters that made a lot of noise. |

When booked it was the location though in reality it just meet this expectation Poor lightening, very dark only 2 bedside lamps that you had to get under to see and small recessed lights in ceiling near door The bathroom light as usual with under 2 star hotels was inadequate.It was noisey, TV didn't work, poor ventalation if fact none unless window opened then you got the noise. For the most part it did not meet 3-4 star standards. Big surprise as this chain usually is good |

1)We booked a double room well in advance but were only offered a twin on arrival, and were not offered any compenastion for this 2)A double was offered to us for the next day, but hotel staff refused to help my wife - with 6 month old son - move all of the luggage herself 3)The non-smoking room stunk of cigarettes 4)Was no mention of the massive rennovations beforeand no reduction was offered |
