Comfortable rooms, beautiful pool, well-organized. At breakfast, the coffee being served was awful. This is common for a lot of hotels, but you expect that for a 4-star hotel, the coffee at breakfast would actually be drinkable. |

The weather in Portugal compared to Scotland at the end of October The food was only mediocre. Breakfast was the same daily, and the cooked food was not very warm, let alone hot. Some days the hot water was not hot. I did not like the coffee from the urns, And I would personally have liked "ordinary" instant Nescafe as opposed to "de-caff" instant Nescafe. We had one dinner in the hotel, and again, the buffet was not hot. This can lead to food poisening. |

Cheerfulness and friendliness of staff. Coolness of general areas of hotel. The walls were very thin in the bedroom and the guest in the next bedroom snored all night. Resorted to use of earplugs. |

Central location, efficiency and helpfullness of staff, cleaniness of room, great breakfast the bar, too big and no atmosphere. Didn't effect me as I wouldn't be spending much time there anyway. Also think pool is a little expensive, especially for children. |

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. The pool facilities are excellent. The barbecue on Saturday night was really good - the food was excellent and it was really good value. Similarly, the breakfast was the best I have ever seen - a beautiful selection of food to suit all tastes and exceptionally good value. An ideal location for a family holiday. there was a constant problem with drainage around the pool area with water gathering in pools which became dirty as the day progressed |

Most employees were friendly and did their job well, in particular Mr Michael Serrano who was always extremely pleasant and helpful. The pool area is very nice. I hated the mattress and so did my husband. |

The hotel is well located near the centre of town. The facilities are good eg. Underground car parking, nice retaurant & bar, clean & comfortable rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The area around the pool is a little too small for the hotel. |

Helpful,well trained staff. The hotel provided exactly what it promised. The breakfasts were excellent. Beds were hard and 1 double would be much preferable to the twin beds provided. |

Being allowed to do what I wanted to do. We were on a short break after very hetic period. Have stayed before and the location is ideal for town and beach. Safe area for car at night also a plus. Staff are there if needed and not intrusive all very polite and obviously proud to work at the hotel |
