The hotel offers an entirely separate floor for people with allergies, an à la carte restaurant and Dorpat Spa for various beauty and health procedures, as well as a conference centre with 10 different auditoriums (completed in 2008).

Food & beverage

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 07:00 to 11:00. A buffet-style lunch is available Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00. The hotel also has an à la carte restaurant.

The hotel has 200 double / twin rooms with shower and common facilities, as well as 5 larger business class rooms with bath or sauna.

This is a really comfortable, modern hotel and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Small problems were dealt with very quickly. The restaurant is excellent, being open all day for various kinds of food or refreshment. The lunch buffet is very good value and the a la carte restuarant in the evening offers a good range of well cooked and nicely presented food. The location is very convenient

good location, good food in the restaurant, nice city, easy to find

construction works at the neighbourhood, lack of sparking lots, air conditioning should work during the summer time, table layout (breakfast -long tables) does not work when a lot of people at the same time (no privacy) in the restaurant.

Pleasant staff, nice room, internet connection, friendly atmosphere.

Heating in room was not adjustable and it wasn't cold but it wasn't warm either because of this.

Professional and pleasant staff, restaurant was very good and spacious, and the rooms were large with good views of the city and the facilities provided were excellent i.e. free wired internet and the bathroom had heated floor tiles, nice))

My only recommendation would be to include tea/coffee service in the rooms and this was the only thing missing but the restaurant provided such a good service that this was not an issue or an inconvenience.
