pool was nice for my 5yr old and breakfast was good. One member of reception staff was outstanding and the other was really poor

the breakfast is served till 11 o clock but at 10.30 there was hardly anything and the staff didnt look too much happy to bring more

Convenient for travellers.

The rooms were very cold and we could not adjust the heating system.

Clean rooms and large bathroom.

The triple room which we asked for (and paid for) turned out to be a standard double room with a cot stuffed into it. The hotel is not central and difficult to find.

Price was excellent, was within easy reach of public transport as we dont hire a car

The fact that the menu was not available in English, the staff were not able to translate the menu very easily although they made a very good attempt with pictures! we would need a better spanish/catalan dictionary next time. The food however, was excellent! staff very helpful! There wasnt much information on how to reach the hotel by public transport, we did however, discover there were local buses less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel which had not been advertised.
