Quick transit from airport, although the bus only runs every half hour and was crowded, and most of the seat backs were broken......That said, it got us there. The room was not as clean as it could have been. The breakfast was average |

As it was 1.30am when I finally arrived at the hotel, it was a great relief to be treated with such kindness and consideration as I was cold and tired. I had a slight bout of the flu and was not feeling very well. I was in transit from Taipei to Australia so the good relaxing rest in such pleasant surroundings was very welcome between flights. I could not fault the hotel in any way. |

The food in the buffet was cold every night, the noise from the airport was awful and the pool was too small for the size of the hotel. Overall my experience of the Concorde Inn was one i would not wish to repeatat |

Nice near KLIA and free courtesy shuttle bus. Long waiting quey for checking in as the courtesy bus drops of a big group of people in one go. Check in staff is not prepared for that. |

Close to airport Room was way too noisy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A bad nights sleep - twice. Shower knobs appared wrong - hot and cold were back to front. Wife had cold shower, I had boiling hot shower. Not good. Wasted time. |

Only a little cheaper than other hotels in the area. I made the booking using a visa debit, however the hotel did not want to accept this visa debit card as payment, saying that they want a credit card, which I dont have. If I new this I would have not gone there or got the cash to pay. Also the hotel says it has a shuttle bus to the airport,this only goes to the main terminal not to the low cost terminal, which requires a taxi or bus. |

Exuding all the charm, ambience, layout and paint scheme of a 1970s government school, or perhaps disused army barracks, despite bad reception service this is a good overnight airport one-night stay choice. Room was spotless and with all facilities desired plus free (and fast) WiFi. Bus to/from airport (takes 7 mins) ran 5:30am-12midnight at 1/2hr intervals. CheckIn wait was 10 mins despite only 4 customers - 2 very slow staff. Front desk service (both checkin and checkout) was perfunctory, unsmiling and unhelpful. Vague arm wave for direction to room, ended up in carpark where other staff were really helpful, trudged across flowerbeds to finally locate room. You'd only ever stay here on a one-night stopover because of proximity to KLIA. |

Checking took 50mins...I stood in a queue from 11.20pm til 12.10am just to get in. How very frustrating to see staff around and only 1 person on the desk!!! |

Very near the airport. Nice and clean room. Room service food was ok, reasonably priced. Food at breakfast could be improved. Danish pastries looked dry from being under the lamp. Orange juice could be fresh. There was no ham. Taxi service did not have change for 50mr. |
