The staff were very welcoming, they made the stay much more pleasant. I thought the hotel of a very high standard. The free internet access was very useful too. It was central for my work and had good rail network close by. The centre was in easy walking distance.

Yes, the hotel cacelation policy. I had to check out a day early due to
change in my business travel dates and they were not flexible in their
policy and I was still charged for the extra day stay even tough I
checked out a day earlier. I even spoke to the manager and she was
absolutely no help and provided no service what so ever. Needless to
say, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Customer Service is great, Breakfast was great also first class

The beds, for the price there should have been two double beds in the room for two individuals. It's a shame that when you ask for two beds it's twin size. For 230 Euros a night i would expect more.
