Perfect location, the owner was enormously helpful and friendly. We felt very at our ease in the hotel in Rapallo, the tourism in Rapallo was the way we like it, agreable and peaceful. We would like to come again.

parking was a bit difficult, loading and unloading the car, but went well after all.

Loved the apple tart at breakfast and the wonderful staff.

I had asked for a bathtub, but didn't know that the word in Italian is vasca. They were unable to switch me to a room with one. I also wrote and asked for a duplicate bill because I misplaced mine, but did not get a response.

Its location on the frontage to the promenade and proximity to the railway/bus stations and to the town centre. The bedroom was a good size and a good outlook over the promenade and harbour. The staff were friendly and very helpful with a good grasp of English.

Yes the lobby was not obvious from the front entrance. The walls in the lobby area and the lift/staicase were decorated in a way that made it look like graffiti giving it a shabby appearance. The staircase and especially the handrail itself were very poor quality.The bathroom was adequate with usual fittings but the bath/ shower did not have a non slip mat [dangerous] and showerscreen was poor.

The access from the train station .Easy trasportation to surrounding areas .Cleanliness of the hotel and good breakfast and good food next door at the restaurant.

tell people to go there without a doubt. We also liked the fact that we
