They upgraded our room upon arrival. Very clean hotel. Staff vey pleasant and spoke good english! The location was on a street with many sex shops and bondage stores. Was a bit put off by that! Also no tea making facilities in the room and tried to get a cup of tea at 10 o clock at night and the staff wouldnt accomodate us! |

The windows could not be openned - no ventilation. They only had three parking spaces - we were recommended to use the parking of another hotel. |

The hotel was great. We enjoyed the level of comfort the room afforded, especially the Air Conditioning during the hot summer days. Breakfast was varied and delicious. |

Welcoming pleasant restaurant staff and a comfortable room.Room service from Malek the waiter excellent~superbly prepared and delicious food. Unwelcoming and indifferent receptionist upon arrival.A shame as the restaurant staff are so nice. |

The rooms were clean and the hotel was generally well run. The staff were particularly stuffy. They were more likely to crack a fart than a smile. The windows of the room could not be opened, which made it exceptionally hot at times. And the street the hotel is located on is a bit grubby to say the least. |

Its location to the major tourist attractions, friendly front desk staff and bell service, old charm and decor. We were not aware of the onsite parking entrance being so narrow and small due to the building being old (nearly scratched our car!) and parking cost so high. |

The reception staff in particular were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were fairly basic but exceptionally clean and comfortable.Breakfast was very nice and kept us going until our evening meal. There was lots of choice and a nice dining area. From the main tourist areas it was always an uphill walk home, as it is at the top of a small hill. That said, its not too far rom anywhere, but I was with my mum who is a little older and found the walk tiring. |

Excellent breakfast - lots of choice. Air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective. We would like to have left it on all the time, but to do that we would have to leave a key card in the power socket. But as the safety deposit box was operated by the keycard, that wasn't an option. |

quietness, reasonabl y comfortable - would have liked to have been able to open the windows as it was very hot. staff very helpful and polite and discreet. no opening of windows - no shower caps, no bathrobes in rooms even though it was to be a superior room |
