Cancellation

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per stay for cots.

All children from 2 to 5 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.

One child from 5 to 12 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.

One further older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Doubling as a party centre, Bos en Duin has an extra reputation to uphold. The venue, large enough for 200 people, full sound equipment and complete catering facilities will all help to make your party at this unique location unforgettable.

Food & beverage

In addition to the bar and sun terrace, the hotel also has an excellent restaurant. Here guests can order a delicious menu or a dish à la carte.

Room information

The 45 newly renovated rooms are fully equipped with modern facilities and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. Rooms on the ground floor have a small terrace, rooms on the first floor a balcony, and rooms on the second floor a communal terrace.

Area information

Not many hotels can boast of such an extensive front garden: over 75,000 acres of dunes, woods and rural area. Behind the dunes, a white sandy beach stretches for 14 km. The hotel looks out on the Walcheren woods and dunes. Numerous cycling and walking routes go right past the hotel and the dune crossing to the beach is only few minutes away.

If you choose to rent a bicycle or have brought your own, you will find that the countryside of Zeeland offers plenty of peace and quiet, even in mid summer. When you choose a route along remote country roads, past ancient farms, terps and creeks, the picturesque villages form an ideal resting place. The monumental city of Middelburg, bustling Vlissingen and dreamy Veere offer the opportunity to stroll around, sip a drink on one of the many terraces and do some shopping.
With the Belgian border not far off, a day trip to the stunning cities of Bruges (100 km), Gent (80 km) and Antwerp (100 km) is another must.

Parking Place, location.

1. Bathroom was very small and without bath tub. 2. We asked the receptionist if we could have a bowl and a spoon in the room. She told us that she was not sure as she is not responsible for the kitchen stuff and we must personally pick ask the Restaurant people and pick up our self. Our expectation was that she would arrange a bowl and a spoon for us and bring us in the room. :-(((

Simple but adequate and complete room; nice site; high quality breakfast; easy access for people with limited mobility, also into bathroom.

Pillows with polyester flakes instead of siliconized hollow fibres.
