Location is perfect...right in the centre of gran via. Staff were very
polite and helpful. Hotel was very clean.

It stated on the booking.com website that the hotel had been recently
refurbished. It hasn'T. It's very clean, but very old fashioned from
communal areas to the rooms. Great location, but for a 4* hotel, it
really could do with being modernised.

Hotel was central to main tourist attractions, everything was within walking distance. The hotel wasvery clean, quiet. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. Very good value.

Breakfast could be improved but understand that all countries have to be catered for. Maybe a little too near red light area although we were not harassed by this and still felt safe. Need to have better pillows on the beds.

everything! Particularly service, including bell-boys to carry luggage, from taxi to room. Airport shuttle link also excellent. Staff superb.

A little noisy from the street- but that's because of the central location.

The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. Comunication was not a problem since almost everyone speaks English. The big tray of apples by the reception is a bonus! Great for people on the go who don't have time to grab breakfast.

Floor in the room poverish (plastic). Also the faucet in the bathroom washing basin was way too small to even wash your hands.
