The hotel NH Alcalá belongs to one of the most important Spanish hotel chains, standing out because of the quality of all its services, and its attention to details.

Food & beverage

Our hotels are well-known for their quality and the special care of their restaurants.
We have a spacious and luminous restaurant where we offer one of the best breakfast buffets of the whole neighbourhood. NH breakfasts are very complete with high-quality products. Breakfast is served from 7.00 to 11.00 AM from Monday through Friday and from 8.00 AM to 12.00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Lunch and dinner are served from 1.00 to 4.00 PM and from 8.00 to 11.30 PM.

Room information

Our complete toiletries kit contains products from the famous brand “Agua de la Tierra”.
For women, we offer special “Woman style” rooms including a cosmetic bag with everything a woman might need during her stay (nail file, lip protectant, exfoliating glove etc.) and the women's magazine “Telva”.

Rooms:
- Single: single bed of 1.20x1.9 metres.
- Double: exterior/inside room and double bed of 1.50x1.9 metres or 2 single beds of 0.90x1.90 metres.
- Jr. Suite: inside room with shower, double bed of 2x2 metres with entrance hall, tea and coffee set with water kettle.

Area information

Situated in the city centre in front of the Retiro Park and very close to the Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de la Cibeles and calle Serrano and at a few metres from one of the most important shopping centres of the city, El Jardin de Serrano and El Corte Inglés.
At less than 10 minutes from the hotel, you will find one of the city’s main tourist attractions: the art triangle, consisting of the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofia and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum.
At the Puerta de Alcalá, at a few metres from the hotel, you can take the Bus Turístico, which will show you Madrid and allow you to visit its most emblematic sites.
There is a metro stop at 150 metres (Príncipe de Vergara), taking you to the airport, the fair grounds or any point in the city you wish. It’s also possibly to reach the historic city centre by different buslines that stop right in front of the hotel.

Good location, we can reach Prado in 10min.walking through the beautiful park. Very friendly stuff, good contact by email before we arrived. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast.

On sunday morning they serve breakfast from 8:00am. It's not comfortable if you take early flight from the airport. But the stuff helped us. We could take breakfast a little earlier,so it's no problem.

The Rooms are good modern.The Location is Excelente

It is possible to ear the AC from other rooms. the price didn't include breakfast, normaly for such price level most european Hotel have breakfast included.

there was only 2 computer and internet prices are very expensive. hotel prices are very expensive too. because my room was looking to the air space. and there was no window to see the sky. I think ıt was not a 4 star hotel.
