We really appreciated the staff's professional and helpful approach and the decor was simple and serene. It was also good for us as a family since they are child friendly ie. toys in the lobby and children's menu. The rooms were clean well equiped. The breakfast buffet was fresh with good variety.

The room was pleasant. Quiet, except for some very loud drunken people on the street at night. Bed was fine.

Toilet was not clean. Clean it also on the outside of the seat and the floor. Shower was cramped. not up to the standard of the rest of the room.

Shuttle to the city center every 30 min approx (otherwise 20-minute walk). English-speaking helpful staff. Room equipment up to the standard. Very nice renovated lobby.

Exteriors and interiors of the building very outdated. It seems in the Netherlands it's still possible to smoke pretty everywhere, not so good in a hotel covered by carpet.

The breakfast was great with a wide selection of foods. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was nice, spacious and comfortable.

The only complaint was that we had some problems with shower head, and the shower and sink did not drain well. Otherwise the room and facilities were very good.
