Overall well maintained hotel 25 mins walk from city centre yet near parks, two good restaurants and adjacent novohotel

Housekeeping problems whilst hotel undergoing maintenence/refit of some rooms, damaged bathroom and bathrooms in unoccupied rooms used after cleaning resulted in upgrade to a suite, No restaurant choice on Sunday evening (fixed expensive degustion menu only).

Lack of facilities for 5 Star hotel. No Pool, No Gym, No Sauna, No Jacuzzi, etc,...

Bed was really comfortable and room was very quiet at night

Lighting in the room was poor, it was difficult to read in the evening.

Hairdryer is very poor quality, especially for female guests, very difficult to style your hair.

TV has been tuned so that it is not possible to read the bottom line of information on the screen

The only real complaint I have is the lack of pay per view TV i. e. the facility to see recent blockbuster movies.

The hotel and rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The beds are fantastic! Everything is clean and the personnel is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely a 5star, but it may feel slightly dated for some (decoration). This didn't bother us in the last though.

The location isn't great if you don't have a car, as it is quite far from the city centre.

Since the lift is at one end of the building the walk to the farther end of the rooms was a little incovenient, but the environment was beautiful!

Cadre original et soigné. Excellent restaurant. Personnel souriant et attentionné avec un vrai sens de l'humour.

Nous aurions aimé que le deuxième restaurant soit également ouvert.
