Set in a peaceful residential area of London’s West End, this 3-star hotel is ideally positioned for visitors wishing to enjoy the sights and delights of Central London.

The location is ideal for Oxford Street, Marble Arch, Portobello Road Antiques Market, Madame Tussauds, Buckingham Palace, the sophisticated shopping of Knightsbridge, spectacular theatre land, the glittering West End and Piccadilly Circus - famous for its night life.

Boasting excellent travel links around the city and to the surrounding areas, the hotel is just a few minute's walk away Bayswater and Queensway underground stations. Paddington station, with the Heathrow Express, is also just 10 minutes away from the hotel.

the location is very good

The staff were very rude, the breakfast was very basic - not even brown toast. This is a budget hotel but some basic standards should exist

Very close to tube station. Clean rooms. Nothing special, but you get what you pay for. Good value for money.

Orange juice for breakfast consist of 10% juice & 90% water :(

Location.

Staff was rude, not helpful, unfriendly. Breakfast included was horrible.
1 very small cup of juice, 1 very small bread roll, and coffe if available per person. Most mornings coffe was not available. Many of the quest there during our stay were complaining about the same. One couple from Greece had their belongings stolen from their room.

La ubicación, la zona, la amabilidad del personal... y siendo londres, soprende lo amplio y bien equipado que esta el baño privado en la habitación (incluso tenía bañera)

El desayuno: era continental, hubiera preferido el inglés

...at det faktisk var ei i resepsjonen som kunne snakke svensk - det virket veldig betryggende...

En dame fra personalet i resepsjonen var ikke så veldig imøtekommende,men ellers var alle andre der svært vennlige

La habitación era muy espaciosa, tenía bastantes armarios, mesas de tocador, dos espejos grandes... bueno para cuatro chicas que siempre ya se sabe que necesitamos espacio para arreglarnos y colocar nuestras cosillas estaba estupendo. Era además una zona muy tranquila y céntrica.

Teeauswahl am Zimmer, bemühtes Personal.
Ruhige Lage, jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am nahegelegenen Queensway, den berühmten Portobello Road Market in Notting Hill erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten,

Frühstück ist sehr dürftig (Brötchen, Butter, Konfitüre, Orangejuice, Heißgetränke).
Zimmer 223:
Der Fußboden ist merkbar uneben.
Die Toilette ist - ääähh - sehr platzsparend installiert.
Waschbecken zu tief angebracht (Höhe Oberschenkel bei einer Körpergröße von 170).
