The staff on reception were friendly and it offered a good deal for bed and breakfast. The room was clean and tidy. The staff in the dining room were less pleasant and made you feel a bit of nuisance when you asked for something. Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room rather than a bar. |

+ sweet bread + fresh fruit at breakfast, room is simple but ok, storage space for clothes is excellent - limited sound isolation, at 1st floor you clearly hear the contact sounds from the breakfast room, one day no hot water (accidentally?), sink did not drain properly, no water boiler |

I thought the hotel staff were extremely courteous and in particular, the gentleman who checked me out of the hotel. He was very helpful during the two days that I was there and I was quite impressed with his knowledge and helpful attitude. He went above and beyond what was required of him. I was very pleased with all the assistance and advice he gave me. I did not really like the twin beds in the room that were put together. Also, I had 2 young children with me and I wish that the hotel had put me in a bigger room to accomodate us. |
