quiet, very friendly staff, location Actually, the hotel is not in L'Aquila, as expected. Could not locate the hotel with GPS and people in L'Aquila did not know about it. |

Unexpected swimming pool! Also Excellent food, at an unbelievable price. 45Euro for 2 people, eating 3 courses with aperitifs, wine and liqeuers. Accommodation was separate from the main building like a motel. Each room has its own access. |

The staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them, they made our stay there very enjoyable. will definately go back there when we next visit italy and would recommend this hotel to everyone. |

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. It felt like a country home! The hotel was well located for any excursions in the area. The rooms had air conditioning as well and outside there was a pool with a nice view. The food at the restaurant was very good and the price was right.The breakfast was very good, the pasteries were fresh and the service was great. The hotel is situated in the countryside so in the summer it is possible to have bugs around and in the room. This is all over this Abruzzi mountain area so if you are afraid of bugs in general you should avoid coming to this area during the hot months since every hotel will have them! |

Everything is spotlessly clean and and the rooms are large, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The staff (family mostly?) are delightful. When we asked about tourist information we were given not only brochures but a local guide book in English. The breakfast (included) was delicious and the restaurant food excellent. We even had complimentary liqueurs. Perfect. Five stars for two star price. |

Very friendly family owned hotel on the outskirts of L'Aquila so very quiet. Thought the red room which we stayed in was a bit over the top - made the room very dark - but very comfortable. |
