Food & beverage

Breakfast that has rich menu and Ottoma style is included to the room rates and. You can enjoy traditional Turkish foods in the restaurant next to the hotel and guests also get 10% discount.

Our cafeteria is also popular with local university students. It is open from 7AM till midnight. In our bar, you can enjoy famous Turkish pilsener 'Efes Pilsen', as well as, international spirits and local Turkish drinks. And our cafe has a tasty variety of Turkish and Western foods at affordable prices.

Room information

At the Cordial House, the rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel offers 40 single, double, twin, triple and family sized rooms with private bathroom. The accommodations are all equipped with comfortable beds, fan, colour TV and telephone.

Rooms are heated with a central heating system. All of our rooms have a private bathroom with shower (24hrs hot water) and all rooms are full of light and comfortable just for your health.

24-hour room service is also available.

Area information

For those who have never visited Istanbul is probably the most central area to stay in. Walk out the door and down two blocks for a stroll through the Blue Mosque or the Topkapi Palace or perhaps you would prefer to walk to the Grand Bazaar and engage in a festival of shopping. You are even in within walking distance of the Bosphorus. Come and enjoy your stay in Istanbul in an economical and cordial fashion.

The promptitude of the hotel staff/cleaning of the bathroom

Comfort poor; no place for parking; no fair information about the cost of parking; the information was for 8 YTL/day, but real was 15 YTL/day

Convenient location. Helpful staff.

The heat in the room was not functional, and the hotel has a mandatory heat-off policy until 5pm...which doesn't matter given the heat didn't work anyway. Wireless internet only works in the lobby area...not in any of the rooms.

location is great, very close to everything including Hagia Sophia, Blue MOsque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar and lots more. The staff added something special to my stay in Cordial House. They are always ready to help you and give the best recommondations. The in-house tourist information arranged and excellent trip, thanx a lot and see you again at Cordial House for sure.

Proximity to Blue mosquee, Grand Bazaar, Tram station, etc..
Very good location and budget hotel. Another thing I appreciated is the WI-FI access with my laptop.

only its location, breakfast and partially helpful staff

very dirty room, dirty warm blankets, horrible view from the room (garbage area under the window, some insects in the room, strong smell of tabacco though while booking we requested non-smoking room/floor, the hotel is suitable only for young people or travellers with low budget

The staff was very accomadating. We traveled with a dog and they were so lovely to him. Also the location couldn't be beat- it is so close to everything!
