The hotel is located in the center of the city in a park setting on the European banks of the Bosphorus. The spacious gardens of the hotel were previously the gardens of the Dolmabahce Palace, which was the last residence of the Ottoman Sultans.

Situated on a wooded hilltop, the hotel commands panoramic views of the Bosphorus, Asian coast and the old city of Istanbul. Sixty-five percent of the guest rooms and most of the public space offer spectacular views of the Bosphorus. The elegant, full-of-light decoration of the hotel creates a relaxing ambience.

Spectacular Bosphorus views, very friendly and helpful staff, particularly the reception and concierge. very nicely located.

Internet access prohibitively expensive and should really be offered free of charge to hotel guests in a hotel of this standard. Breakfast rates are very expensive and the restaurant is too small and crowded in the morning, to the point that the food and other items run out. These two points need to be reviewed and will make me think twice before booking at this hotel next time I', in Ista

I have been many times in the hotel, the hotel is very comfortable.

Cost of regular services is unreasonable high, cost of coffee in the
lobby, is more then 15$! cost of breakfast 60$

The rooms were neglected and not cleaned on time, there was a shortage of towles and bath robs.

The lack of comunication between the reservation desk and the accountant, the lack of comunication between the reservation desk and the rest of the departments / facilities.

Even though the hotel showed a spa ang gym it was actually closed for refurbishment. The hotel should have made this clear, this was a reason I booked this hotel. This is an unacceptable practice !!!!!
