The receptionists were extremely helpful and helped us a lot when we really needed them

the rooms could have been equipped with more things like a palma TV or a facilities like making coffee in the room or more products in the bathroom

location was excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly.

i don't think the air conditioning in the room worked very well, it was very stuffy.

The hotel was close to the train station and easy to find. Also close to the charm of Old Town, where we toured by foot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet access was very reasonably priced! Room was very quiet and looked on to the mountains amid the city buildings. We were travelling with another couple and were able to get rooms beside one another. Breakfast was excellent.

Items such as Kleenex tissue, writing paper/pen, slippers and bottle openers were not available, which was a bit of a surprise considering the upscale character of the hotel.

het verblijf op zich was zeer aangenaam.zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Jammer dat je 2 euro per uur moet betalen voor het internet zou het het gezien de prijs van de kamer als service erbij doen.
