The parking was excellent

The room had battered door (not easy to close the door), bathroom and walls.

Very helpful staff in giving directions and helping with internet access

The smoking areas, particularly in the front lobby. Would prefer there to be no smoking everywhere.

There is a big problem with Internet - only one PC place for whole big hotel, as a result - no posibility to check Internet due to a lot of people staying in line. No possibility to establish connection from the room.
Only one coffee-machine during the breakfast, as a result - big line of people waiting for coffee

The buffet breakfast was quite good as well as the location.

the staff expertise is above average,the cleaning staff was inadequate(sheets were not changed at all for a period of 8 nights!!!,the toilet also!!!,they didnt even washed the glasses..)The internet connection does not cover all the hotel but only one floor!.

Parking was easy and avoided going into the congestion of inner city.Beautiful views.Staff very friendly and welcoming Room not big but adequate.

smoking in the reception area was not very welcoming to non smokers as well as standing in it while waiting to check out during a busy period
