Very attentive and friendly owners who take pride in their business, and who go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed. Very helpful and wonderful family. We highly recommend this property, and the owners are hoping to always improve guest experience. Relax and enjoy this place for what it is- an unforgettable view and sunset paradise! Nothing was unlikeable. The only comment is that power lines will be moved underground in the future which will improve the view, and it would be nice to have some shade umbrellas available- we understand this can be a civic policy issue to not block views, but shade is a nice option. Hotel elevator next door was a bit noisy, but didn't upset us. |

There was so much to like- the family that owns the Villa were outstanding in their help getting car booked, reservations etc, making recommendations, were extremely friendly making us feel very welcome; the wonderful home baked breakfasts- traditional Greek food served on our balcony daily; the view cannot be supassed; the room was spotless, cleaned so well daily, location on the Caldera- on the very top- no long flight of stairs to reach the Villa like so many around- this was a big plus as we watched people lug their baggage up and down a long steep cobblestone walkway; it was perfect in every way |

la gentilezza dello staff la colazione il parcheggio che è stato perfetto. Non ho gradito il letto molto duro e il fatto che era in una zona di passaggio e non potevamo aprire le finestre perchè ci vedevano passando visto che il letto è proprio di fianco alle finestre. |

vista sulla caldera mozzafiato, colazione eccezionale ogni gionro diversa e servita sul balcone privato sia dolce che salata con alimenti freschi e di qualità, camera confortevole, personale gentiule e disponibile. il manager cerca di indirizzare i clienti in maniera insistente verso autonoleggi e ristoranti di suoi amici e a chi si comporta di testa sua come noi questo viene rinfacciato senza molto garbo. ci ha dato lìidea di una persona non sincera nei suoi comportamenti a differenza del fratello e della madre che si occupavano dei clienti e cercavano di instaurare un rapporto. |

J'ai surtout aimé l'accueil et la disponiblité du personnel. La facilité d'accès et de parking dans une île comme Santorini où on n'arrête pas de monter ou descendre des escaliers. La vue exceptionnelle sur la Caldéra. Imerovigli est placé au point culminant de la falaise et l'hôtel est en première ligne. La chambre triple où l'on a sejourné était correctement équipée. La salle de bain spartiate et très petite, pas de tv satellite, pas de piscine. Les propriétaires prévoient une rénovation totale, piscine incluse, pour la prochaîne saison. |
