Hotel information

The owners will give you a warm welcome ate the Hotel Brabant, which has standard double rooms and standard single rooms with shower, toilet and television. Also decent budget double rooms and single rooms are available with wash-hand basin. Shared shower and toilet are in the hall way.

Food & beverage

Hotel Brabant has a cosy pub for both guests and local people, where you can play billiards and darts. The bar is open from from 10:00 until 01.00 (until 02:00 on Friday and Saturday). At the moment, Hotel Brabant only has breakfast facilities. Breakfast will be served from 07:30 to 09:00. During the weekend, breakfast will be served from 08:30 to 10:00. There are many good restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.
As of January 2008 the hotel has a newly renovated restaurant.

Area information

Hotel Brabant is situated in the neighbourhood of many amusement parks (Efteling, Safari & Speelland Beekse Bergen, Autotron and Land van Ooit), museums and nature area to walk and bike. Interesting cities within a reasonable travel time are: 's-Hertogenbosch, Breda, Antwerp, Brussels, Bruges and Gent.

Staff where extremely helpful & friendly. Food was excellent and well priced. Beds where comfortable, and both room and shared bathroom where immaculate. It deserves more than just 1 star.

The ownders of the Hotel were young andbent over backwards to help; us with our special food requirements. THey treated us like old friends and we will definitely go back to that hotel again.

Holland does not have a ban on smoking in Hotels yet, so this was a worry so we stayed out of the bar. However, to our delight, the restaurant was non smoking.

The personnel was helpful and kind. It was enjoying to play billiards, dart, cash machine, cards, etc. The bar was lovely as well.

The room had a nice size, was sufficient equipped, and well maintained. Good beds. Good continental breakfast. From the brochures it seems that two young copules are running the hotel. Our experience was that they do so with a lot of enthusiasm, and a very good service attitude.

The sound insulation is next to nothing. Normal conversations by the neighbour could be overheard, almost in detail. Parking in street.

De ligging, de badkamer, de bedden

Erg gehorig, geluid van andere kamers/gasten. Receptieruimte (caf'e) onaantrekkelijk, ontbijtzaal idem. We gingen redelijk vroeg ontbijten en toen waren er al geen kopjes, glazen, croissants meer. Ontbijttafel niet gedekt, alles zelf aanslepen. Vieze koffie.
