It was very comfortable and clean.

We had a meal in the restaurant and we enquired if they served smaller portions because 2 of our party couldn't eat a full meal. The hotel staff agreed that they would serve a smaller portion, but they still charged the full price.

The clean and spacy room, the free parking

The breakfast was poor and not royal as you expect from Van der Valk hotels, the rooms a bit noisy (showers of the neighbours), no elevator available, the suite we booked didn't had a jacuzzi as promissed but with a one person bubble bath, there is an open shower so you have to clean the whole bathroom afterwards

Er was rekening gehouden met het extra bed op onze kamer ; we hadden een hele grote kamer.

De kamer was niet goed schoon ;met name bij de ramen en de gordijnen.

Receptie was op zaterdag vanaf 7 uur geopend maar wij moesten eerder uitchecken en deze dame heeft ons zeer netjes geholpen met het ontbijt eerder klaar te zetten.

Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk, goed eten en drinken

properheid op de kamer en de matrassen waren niet echt hard...Het was er warm en muf bij binnenkomst.

De keuken bleef naar nederlandse normen lang open (23u)

Kwam je laat ontbijten, dan was de keuze al veel minder. B.v. rozijnenbrood was snel uitgeput en werd niet meer bijgevuld

zeer vriendelijk personeel, een heerlijk terras, en een prima en ruim ontbijt buffet.

Het bed sliep behoorlijk goed en de badkamer was netjes.

De douchgel was na de eerste dag op en de volgende dag hebben we geen nieuwe gekregen.
