It was close to the airport

There was no airconditioning although we were told that there was when we phoned the main intercity phone line.

It was quiet, clean and a good price. Serving breakfast early was also a sensible idea as the hotel is so close to the airport.

The bed was not particularly comfortable which was disappointing for what was obviously a new hotel.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at the InterCity. The rooms are excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful. A great start to any holiday break.

frequent shuttle service to Frankfurt airport

wake up call requested from Reception desk was not delivered. Considering this is an airport hotel for travellers it's unacceptable.

The hotel needs to 'advertise' the free shuttle service to/from the hotel much better (both on-line and at the airport itself. The hotel claims to be 0.6 km from the terminal - a 600 m runner would strongly disagree -more like 1.6 km!
