I liked the free internet access. There were two computers in the lobby. The beds were nice and soft too! It was a walk from the train station, but will worth it, since it was in the center of Haarlem. We stayed in Haarlem, since its supposed to be cheaper than staying in Amsterdam. Fabulous view of the church across the street too! |

Free Internet, breakfast, location Shower was too high and too weak. A bit noisy at night, but that's to be expected from the location. Sheets were not 100% cotton and therefore made the night sleeping to warm given the weather. Sheets were stained. |

The hotel insisted on payment when we checked in. This made us suspicious about whether we would be satisfied or not. We stayed at the extension of the hotel and all night the noise level from the bars and bar hoppers further down the street did not allow us to sleep at all. |

We stayed in the annex. Our room was very large and very clean. The beds were the most comfortable of our 5 week Europe trip. Staff was friendly. |

Very helpfull, and pleasant staff.
We booked an apartment in your hotel, however it was impossible for my husband to climb the stairs ( no elevator !!!!) ,but no problem for your staff

The large bedroom suite was great for the price. Nice to have a refrigerator and kitchen area. The hotel suite is not located in the same building as the front reception area. The bathroom had minimal space to put personal items. Noisey all night long (Sat. evening) due to the restaurants and bars below the hotel suite. |

We stayed in the studio rooms in the separate building just around the corner. The room was clean, large and had a nice sitting area and dining table, in addition to comfortable beds. A refrigerator, sink and hot plate allowed us to make the simple meals in the room, saving the cost of eating out all the time. Even this annex building is very close to all the action in Haarlem. While the main bulding had internet access, the annex rooms did not. That would be a welcome addition, as would a small microwave or magnatron. |
