Clean Room, Comfortable beds, Large Spacious room, good location for public transport Very noisy hotel from main road and other guests in adjacent rooms, breakfast poor, not enough food left and poor quality for a 4 star hotel |

Not much! Almost everything! Dirty, smelly, old, shower way too small, I could go on and on. Only benefit, free parking. |

Extra large room & bathroom; wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of variety; convenient bike rentals at front desk; great location overall; extremely helpful & patient front-desk staff...very impressive & much appreciated by clue-less tourists! Big tub, but tiny shower! Room was clean but smelled bad, like urine...probably because they allow pets. Lousy access to building where the rooms are located...had to go into ground level, go up a floor to the reception level, cross thru a connecting hall into second building, then take another elevator to the appropriate floor...quite an ordeal just to get in & out! |

Hotel is in a convenient location. Some staff seem to think they work in a 5 star hotel, which it isn`t. Hotel is realy starting to show its age. Verry annoying when you don`t get the room you booked. |

The food was excellent with a good range. The breakfast was particularly good. However, it wasn't cheap. The decore was very dated and dark, so that it was difficult to tell if it was clean or not. The lighting in the room was particularly dim with dark lampshades. The bathrooms wer very stylish and modern. |

Location. Good size room. Overall I would definitely stay there again. Rooms were not clean. Magazines in room were outdated and stuck to our table and to other magazines. Asked about getting a sports channel on the TV and the front desk staff (gentleman) stated the hotel did not have any sports channels. We found out later it was available via pay per view. The gentleman said he knew nothing about the pay per view option. We missed the US Open!!! |

several lightbulbs were not working and have not been replaced after letting the stuff know about it. The water in the shower was wolrking very poorly. The floor was dirty |

Location is good, rooms airy and comfortable. Wishes there had been tea and coffee making facilities in the room and maybe a mini-bar. Breakfast wasn't up too much either. |
