We were travelling from Paris to Lucca, and this hotel was about half way, so we stop to be able to have a rest. The hotel was not that bad just to have one night stop on the way to Lucca, but the surroundings are a little bit grim. |

They lock up the hotel after 23.00 and no one is there!!! We had to find another hotel to sleep with our stuff in this hotel!!! We spent two hours knocking and runing around the hotel to find someone to let us in. The guy was sleeping all night and laughing in the morning. No words!!! |

The breakfast It was nowhere near Geneva. It is much too far away to be considered a convenient location for a stay near Geneva. |

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could easily come and go. The only disappointing thing was that the restaurant was not open sunday evenings. They were opening hours were a little bit late if you wanted a meal and then go into the city. We ate on our first night and the food was lovely. |

Beds were comfortable and we had adjoining rooms for us and children. A kettle was a nice touch so we could make drinks although no milk of any sort provided. A BIG problem was when we tried to get out of the hotel at 6.oo in the morning to catch our plane home. We had told the English speaking receptionist and been advised where to leave our key cards. However panic when these cards would not let us open any of the locked doors to the lobby and exit. In the end we had to go back to our rooms, move one of the beds and open the door /window to get out. |

The location (I needed access to Geneva) and the restaurant was good value for money. Free WiFi Access. The journey into Geneva (by car) takes far too long. As a business traveller I can accept this, but this is not an ideal hotel for tourists visiting Geneva. |

You have to ask for things which are supposed to be taken care of. Bed lamp did not work. Toiletaries go missing on the second day.... |

Zuivere kamers. Geschikt hotel voor kort verblijf, niet voor langere vakantie. Harde bedden, alles zag er een beetje verouderd en afgeleefd uit (gerafelde handdoeken, losliggende elektriciteitskabels in ontbijtzaal). De details om het een positieve ervaring te maken, ontbraken. |

Eu gostei da localização, dos funcionários e do café-da-manhã. Eu achei as toalhas muito velhas e manchadas (com aspecto de gastas e sujas) e o corredor do hotel por ser de carpete não cheirava bem (ainda bem que no quarto não tinha carpete!!! sendo assim cheirava bem!!!). |
