We were travelling from Paris to Lucca, and this hotel was about half way, so we stop to be able to have a rest. The hotel was not that bad just to have one night stop on the way to Lucca, but the surroundings are a little bit grim. |

They lock up the hotel after 23.00 and no one is there!!! We had to find another hotel to sleep with our stuff in this hotel!!! We spent two hours knocking and runing around the hotel to find someone to let us in. The guy was sleeping all night and laughing in the morning. No words!!! |

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could easily come and go. The only disappointing thing was that the restaurant was not open sunday evenings. They were opening hours were a little bit late if you wanted a meal and then go into the city. We ate on our first night and the food was lovely. |

Beds were comfortable and we had adjoining rooms for us and children. A kettle was a nice touch so we could make drinks although no milk of any sort provided. A BIG problem was when we tried to get out of the hotel at 6.oo in the morning to catch our plane home. We had told the English speaking receptionist and been advised where to leave our key cards. However panic when these cards would not let us open any of the locked doors to the lobby and exit. In the end we had to go back to our rooms, move one of the beds and open the door /window to get out. |

The location (I needed access to Geneva) and the restaurant was good value for money. Free WiFi Access. The journey into Geneva (by car) takes far too long. As a business traveller I can accept this, but this is not an ideal hotel for tourists visiting Geneva. |

It was more rural than indicated, the room smelled like old cooking oil, the tv didnot work, the pillows were hard like rocks, and the clerk was less then helpful. |

The TV in the hotel room is above the tea making facilities which caused me to bang my head on the corner of the TV metal bracket, I suggest the tea making facilities are moved away from underneath the TV |

la décoration est charmante,la propreté irréprochable, le personnel souriant et efficace, les animaux sont acceptés en chambre et en salle de restaurant. j'ai apprécié le parking gratuit fermé. la "qualité" des serviettes de toilette. Leur propreté est irréprochable, le changement du linge est parfait, mais je trouve les serviettes un peu "grises, fines et une avait un accroc", juste un peu trop usagées. |
