The room was comfortable and the breakfast selection was very good.

We were in a room at the front of the hotel and there was a lot of traffic noise that went on throughout the night.If visiting again we would request a room away from the road.

Helpfulness of staff. Location.

Moved rooms due to the fact that we were initially in a room with a connecting door to the next room. We could hear all noise from next door and they could probably hear us!!

Our room on the back of the hotel was very quiet. Great to have that in a busy city on a Saturday night.

There was not enough room between the bed and the desk. We had to squeeze through.
The bathroom was very cold and didn't have any heating.
The toilet wasn't spotlessly clean.
We couldn't leave the window open during the night as it didn't have a security lock; it only opened very wide and as we were on the ground floor facing the parking place anybody could just jump into our room. In the end we tied the window handles together with a belt. Not ideal.

Good, clean, welcoming feel.

Slight problem at check-in. Had to wait for more than 10 minutes while they checked in 9 single businessmen from Eastern Europe.
Room was large, but so was the bed so moving around one side was slightly restricted.

Excellent accommodation, good location to WEF and trams.

It took too long to check out and because I was in a hurry I did not check the bill and I was overcharged for a breakfast i did not have.

Well, it was certainly good value, situated within walking distance of the city centre, but also very quiet. We thought that the hotel staff were very efficient, and helpful. Were the room just a little bigger, and the decor slightly fresher, it would have been ideal.

I enjoyed the neighborhood and amenities at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast and late-night bar were nice as well. Most of the concierges were very polite, helpful, and spoke English well (a plus for us non-Dutch speakers!)

One of the staff members was very rude and combative upon our arrival to the hotel. It was not a nice way to start our vacation in Holland.

It was nice and quiet but close enough to go to the central area and the station. The room was nicely decorated and clean, the bed was comfortable too.

They didn't change the bed sheets at all, they just fixed the bed for our entire stay which is for 5 nights. They sometimes forgot to refill some tea bags, soaps and etc too...
