we had a room which was too near the generator or some enginenoisy and felt like earth tremors during the night I went to the bathroom and as I got back into bed the bed moved I ended up on the floor halfway in the wardrobe very badly bruised I would suggest that the castors are removed from the beds as they are very dangerous especially as it was supposedly a disabled room which is debatable

Being asked to pay again because the receptionist did not have the confirmation email to hand.

We have stayed at this hotel before it is basic and located in the right
place for ease we were able to park have food and drink without having
to drive but not this time which was very annoying

I did not like the fact that the restaurant was fully booked on the
saturday night but in fact I dont think anyone ate in it.when we
arrived back on sunday night we were told that no food at all was
available that night but two coaches arrived and they went straight to
the restaurant to eat.

We were told that we could not make a reservation in the restaurant
because they were fully booked. The hotel take reservation from coach
parties that come along and eat but do not stay in the hotel. On our
last night we were told that the restaurant was closed because there was
no food but then in came coach loads of people who were given food and
we had to order in takeaway to eat in the bar.

hotel was convenient location to London. Near bus and train stations. Food in restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced

Staff was not very friendly, spoke little English, no airconditioner.

That it had a restaurant and ample parking. The hotel was close to Ebbsfleet Eurostar station.

The complex road network made the hotel a little difficult to find.

I liked the decor of the reception area and bar/restaurant, not all plastic and steel like most modern short stay hotels. Also the surrounding area was very pleasant and we enjoyed being able to sit outside the restaurant area overlooking a lake. All in all a very nice location. One review I read said there was a lot of noise from theQE bridge traffic, must say I did not notice any.

Not really, maybe only the fact that the bar closed at 11pm it would have been nice to have a little longer to relax especially as we did not have to drive anywhere.

Friendly staff and price

Dated and smell was unpleasant but not repulsive. 2nd floor room and corridor smell was dirty and of smoke.
