no working space the table was small and most of it taken over by the TV i would not class this room as a excutive room

in the centre and immediately accessible by phone to arrange entry to car park as we arrived

room was extremely HOT and one of the windows opened but only by 1cm. we had to move to another room to sleep. the alternative room was damp, walls were filthy and creeping with moisture, as an alternative it was a poor like it or lump at solution. breakfast was poor although setting for meal would have been seen as very grand in it's day, just not that day. not been truly 'grand' for 50yrs

The staff dealing with the food, drinks etc were far too few in number (only one) and it was not possible to have the normal social activities.

unobtrusive staff and privacy

room was so overheated that I had difficulty sleeping & I had asked for smoking room but was allocated non-smoking

the food althought it took 40min, and leaving although the staff were very slow.

yes i had to change rooms, the mattres had springs sticking out and caved in, the second room was very small and cold and the bed wasnt much better, it felt as it might fall apart every time you moved, the access to rooms is very confusing and bad signes also to access the 4 floor with a big bag is almost impossible.
