I love the price for such a nice hotel and the location. It was really close to alot fo site seeing

I asked the front counter to help with a clog in the shower drain that was causing the shower to fill up with water as you showered but nothing was done about it.

the hotel was very central and veru comfortable and nice and clean

the bedroom was at the back of the hotel and was very dark, also the breakast was very expensive

The location is great! The breakfast great and served on the 9th floor with a great view of Brussels. The room was comfortable, clean and I would definitly stay here again.

The staff could be a bit more service minded. We asked for a museum and they just answered us, dont know without trying to look it up or refering us to the tourist office.

Close to Eurostar station and to Grand Place and shops

One lift was only just big enough for my wife's wheelchair.The other 2 lifts were too small.
